• Personal Information: Name, mobile number, and email address used for registration and authentication.
• Academic Data: Homework submissions, exam results, attendance records, and poll responses.
• Institute Information: Institute codes used to associate your account with a specific coaching center.
• Biometric Data: If enabled, FaceID or Fingerprint data is handled securely by your device's operating system. EduPro never stores or has access to your actual biometric patterns.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the core functionalities of EduPro (Attendance, Homework, Exams).
• Enable communication between institutes, students, and parents.
• Generate academic performance reports and analytics.
• Send important notifications regarding class schedules, exams, and attendance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our services.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is shared only with the registered institute associated with your unique Institute Code. We use industry-standard encryption (Firebase Security Rules, SSL) to protect your data during transmission and at rest.

4. Data Retention

We retain your academic records for as long as your account remains active or as required by your coaching institute for academic reporting.

5. Your Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal information by contacting their respective coaching institute administrator or our support team.

6. Third-Party Services

EduPro uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting services. Their privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
